Junior Application Engineer
Description:
A position designed for a new graduate, preferably with a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree and some exposure to solid Modeling tools, SolidWorks preferably, but any high end tool, Pro/E, SDRC, UG, will do. The position requires becoming a technical expert with Solidworks, as well as many of SolidWorks solution partners, so that you may service a diverse customer base. Also you will be required to provide demonstrations to prospective clients so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. A qualified candidate must be a self-starter and be prepared for an exciting and diverse career path.
Minimum Experience:
1 to 2 years design experience using a solid modeling based MCAD system in an industrial or college environment. Will consider recent college graduates with solid modeling experience. SolidWorks preferred, but willing to train.
Education:
BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills are a must. Requires good familiarity with Windows, MCAD and/or solid modeling software. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Must be able to work directly with customers in high-pressure situations. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience with any of the following, Cosmos, Dynamic Designer, Agile, Activault, PDM/Works, FloWorks, Linius, is a plus.

JOB TITLE: Sales Representative
LOCATION: Cleveland, OH
DESCRIPTION: CADVenture is a U.S vendor for the hottest selling engineering design automation software of the last nine + years, SolidWorks. CADVenture serves markets in Cleveland, Columbus, Erie, PA, and Western New York. We currently have an opening at our Cleveland location for an extremely motivated Sales Representative. CADVenture sells the market leading 3D design technology (SolidWorks) and the challenge we face is plugging in additional successful B2B account managers to continue our record setting growth. Dynamic sales professionals with outside sales savvy and an inside sales prospecting mentality will thrive in this fast paced, business to business sales environment. CAD experience, knowledge of the engineering market or Xerox Sales Training a plus.
DUTIES:

Coordinate activities to ensure maximum penetration of market.

Manage sales pipeline of new opportunities and handle all proposals and negotiations.

Heavy prospecting via telephone to engage prospects in our solution oriented sales process.

Present our products and services in a professional, enthusiastic manner.

Meet revenue goals and targets.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Entry Level - 2 or less years of sales experience.
EDUCATION: Associates Degree or equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have a Solution based approach to solving customer requirements. Must be a problem solver with a get it done attitude and strong self-motivational attributes. Must be comfortable selling at the executive, as well as the engineering levels. Must have high standards for themselves, their product and their services.
